PMI Malaysia Chapter Evening Talk (Project Management) : PM 101 – Back to Basics

Regardless which industry or sector or roles you are from, Project Management is important as it is the discipline of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria.

This time around, The Project Management Institute, Malaysia Chapter (PMIMY) will be organizing a project management sharing session at the following week, on 24th March 2016, together with speaker of the night, William R. Duncan.

In this presentation, Duncan will cover the Top Ten things that every project manager should know about project management. These aren’t necessarily the most important things. Rather, they are the things that many project managers seem to forget or misunderstand. Our list of the Top Ten runs the gamut from what is the purpose of project management standards to how to make earned value work.

We are delighted to inform you and invite you to attend this workshop as it might beneficial to your or your staffs’ project management skills either for your startups or for your companies. The session is open to public, anyone is welcome to join.
